Closing in on their retirement years, sisters Noeline and Sandy, along with Noeline’s husband Ross, decided to invest in a piece of land and build adjoining homes to enjoy their golden years together. Ross and Noeline’s home features a spacious 115 m² layout with three bedrooms and is connected to Sandy’s place via a breezeway, fostering a convenient social connection. Sandy's home, a modified 84 m² two-bedroom residence, complements Ross and Noeline’s with a shared aesthetic.

Both houses boast a sophisticated dark zinc and woodgrain exterior, and the interiors reflect the owners' personal styles with custom wallpaper and paint choices. The bathrooms are upscale, featuring stylish tile work, while the custom wardrobe and kitchen cabinetry add a personal touch that enhances the homes' warmth and comfort. Sandy opted for a gib ceiling in the lounge area to add extra appeal and elegance.
