HouseIt supplies a wide variety of prefabricated tiny homes in three styles: Affordable Range, Ultimate Mono (mono-pitch roof), and Ultimate Gable (gable roof). Compared to traditional 3-bedroom homes, our houses are more compact, making them ideal for smaller properties or those looking to build on a budget.

Each standard 3-bedroom tiny house features a living space, at least one bathroom, a kitchen, a laundry room, three bedrooms, and a deck. Our larger-sized 3-bedroom homes include a dedicated scullery for the kitchen, as well as an ensuite for the master bedroom.

Our kitset homes are built with steel-lined PIR panels that provide excellent insulation in the walls all year round. They are durable, easy to maintain, and can be painted like a traditional home.

How to choose a 3-bedroom kitset home

A 3-bedroom tiny home is a versatile, lower-cost solution for families, rental properties, and shared living arrangements. The three bedrooms can comfortably house up to 6 people and provide ample living area while preserving privacy. Our standard 84sqm tiny house plans are suitable for those with less space on their property, while our large 115sqm homes feature an ensuite in the master bedroom and a scullery for the kitchen.

If you require more sleeping space, consider our 4-bedroom options, which are approximately the same size as our large 3-bedroom house plans.
